READY.SET.TRAVEL - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“the client”, “you”, or “your”) and Ready. Set. Travel! (Barron Enterprises, LLC), herein referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. By requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.

 

1. Booking Process

  • Once a quote is requested, we will submit your preferred travel dates, resort, and room selection to the appropriate travel partner (e.g., Sandos Resorts).

  • Confirmation is subject to availability and approval from the travel partner.

  • Upon confirmation, we will send you an invoice via email that includes the required deposit and our room rental/booking service fee.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • A 15% deposit of the total all-inclusive resort cost is required upon invoice.

  • Our room rental/booking fee is included in your initial invoice and is due at the time of booking.

  • The remaining 85% of the all-inclusive cost is payable directly to the resort at check-in.

  • Payments must be made by the due date specified in your invoice to secure your reservation.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations are non-refundable. This includes both the deposit and the room rental/booking fee.

  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.

 

4. Date Changes / Rebooking

  • With a minimum of 10 days' notice prior to your scheduled check-in date, we can assist in rescheduling your trip.

  • If rescheduling is approved by the resort, any amounts already paid (including the room rental/booking fee) will be credited toward your new dates.

  • If less than 10 days' notice is given, date changes and credits will not be possible.

 

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including:

  • Medical coverage abroad

  • Trip cancellation or interruption coverage

  • Baggage loss or delay

  • Coverage for force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.)

 

We are not liable for any losses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

 

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, ID) are valid and up to date

  • Complying with the entry requirements of your travel destination

  • Arriving on time for your scheduled check-in

 

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in denied entry or forfeited booking, for which we are not liable.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Ready. Set. Travel! acts as a booking facilitator and liaison between you and third-party travel providers (such as resorts or tour operators). We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third parties (resorts, airlines, transportation providers, etc.)

  • Delays, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel

  • Changes in itinerary due to weather, natural disasters, government advisories, or other events beyond our control

 

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
