HOW IT ALL STARTED

 

As a family of five, vacations always felt like a luxury we couldn’t quite afford. That changed in 2021 when some close friends invited us to join them on a trip to Cancun. We decided to go for it — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

We stayed at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort & Water Park in Playa del Carmen, and instantly fell in love — with the culture, the beautiful environment, and the resort itself. We’ve returned to Cancun every year since, and in 2025, we decided to take the next step by joining the Royal Elite Vacation Club.
