HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Booking & Payment Process
Once you request a quote, we will submit your preferred travel dates, resort, and room selection to Sandos for availability confirmation. After receiving confirmation from Sandos, we will email you an invoice that includes both the required deposit and our room rental fee.
A 15% deposit of the total all-inclusive cost plus the RST Room Rental fee is due upon booking. The remaining 85% will be payable directly to the resort upon check-in.
Reservations are made under your name, but under our contract (see FAQs for more details).
Cancellation & Date Change Policy
Please note that all cancellations are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies and trip cancellations, to protect against unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, travel advisories, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you provide at least 7 days’ notice before your original check-in date, the resort will allow you to reschedule your stay and will credit any amount already paid (including the room rental fee) toward your new booking. Changes requested with less than 7 days' notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
