How does booking a Sandos Royal Elite vacation through you work? Ready. Set. Travel! makes a reservation in your name, under our membership contract. You receive all the same Royal Elite (RE) membership benefits that we do - with no obligation to attend a sales presentation or buy a membership. We can usually offer a better price than you get can by booking through other methods such as Expedia or a travel agency.
Will I be required to attend a "time share" sales presentation while on my vacation? While the resort may offer you some items or discounts if you choose to attend a sales presentation, you are NOT required to do so. Declining the sales presentation will not impact your stay, price or benefits.
What do the different color wristbands at the resorts mean? Sandos resorts uses a colored wristband system to identify the benefits their guests have access to. Purple/Blue = general guests with no added privleges Gold = for guests staying in the Adult Only Section Black = for Royal Elite Members and guests; provides all-access pass to the resort with added benefits that are not available and cannot be purchased by regular resort guests such as VIP pools, cabanas, restaurants, top self liquor, etc. See the "Royal Elite Benefits" page under "Sandos Resorts" for a more detailed breakdown.
I already booked a trip at Sandos, can I just buy the RE benefits (black band) from you? No. The room must be booked through a Royal Elite (RE) member in order to get the RE benefits. RE rooms booked directly with Sandos do no include RE benefits. You will need to cancel your existing reservation and rebook through us or another RE member to receive the RE benefits/black band.
Can you provide a breakdown of all the fees that I will be charged? ALL INCLUSIVE FEES: Covers all meals, snacks, unlimited national drinks, soft drinks, drink service in pool and beach areas, 24-hour room service, access to gym, use of tennis courts/gymnasium DEPOSIT FEE A 15% deposit on the all-inclusive fees is required to book. The remaining 85% balance will be due at the hotel at the time of your check in. ROOM RENTAL FEE This is the fee Ready. Set. Travel! charges you to take advantage of our owner benefits without purchasing a Royal Elite Membership of your own. TRANSACTION FEES Charges for processing a financial transaction depending on the method of payment (Credit Card, Zelle, Venmo, etc.) During check-in, guests may be asked for a credit card to make a hold for the amount of $250.00 (USD) to accommodate possible incidentals or extra room charges (spa). During check-out, the amount held will be return to the guest's card.
What is your cancellation/modification policy? Please note that all cancellations are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies and trip cancellations, to protect against unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, travel advisories, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you provide at least 7 days’ notice before your original check-in date, the resort will allow you to reschedule your stay and will credit any amount already paid (including the room rental fee) toward your new booking. Changes requested with less than 7 days' notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit. In cases of No-Show, security deposits and room rental fees are non-refundable.
Is transportation to the resort from the airport included? No. Transportation in not included. Once you book with us, you will receive access to our Member's Only pages which provide you with our personal recommendations for local vendors we have used and trust.
